This top-up service is exclusively available to clients who have received any of these procedures from our salon. Please note that we do not perform top-up services for procedures received at other facilities. We ensure that your eyebrows look flawless and perfectly shaped with our professional expertise.
Cancellation Policy
Service Policy 1. Appointment Booking and Deposit: - A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service. 2. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling within 12 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. 4. No-Show Policy: - Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may incur additional fees. Consistent no-shows may result in a refusal of future service bookings. 5. Late Arrival: - If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited. 6. Health and Safety: - Please inform us of any medical conditions, skin allergies, or recent treatments that may affect your eligibility for the service. We prioritize your safety and well-being, and certain conditions may require us to reschedule or modify the service. 7. Pre-Appointment Instructions: - Follow all pre-appointment instructions provided to ensure the best results. This may include avoiding certain medications, alcohol, and skin treatments prior to your appointment. 8. Post-Appointment Care: - Adhere to all aftercare instructions given by your technician to ensure proper healing and optimal results.
